I have an aunt that has made these for years, Now I have finally 'self-taught' myself to make them. See the ones I have from previous years. I'll post a pic later of "2012" Christmas Ornament. Oh, btw, if you like. I'll take orders for them , they are pretty light weight, so postage would not be much at all.

My Mom used to make these for us with the year on them for important years. Thanks for the memory.
You are so welcome to the memory, My Aunt Mae has been making them since the early 70's...she is 90 now, so don't know how many more years all the family will get them ...with a pack o'lifesavers inside.. or wriggleys gum :)
